Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Musika application. By using Musika, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in license restriction, revocation, and legal action.

2. Permitted Use

Musika is designed for lawful business operations, including:

• Point-of-sale transactions
• Inventory and stock management
• Customer record management
• Sales reporting and analysis
• Receipt and invoice generation
• Business expense tracking
• Supplier management

You may use Musika only for these intended business purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 License Violations

You may NOT:

• Use a single license on more than one device unless explicitly authorized by a Pro plan
• Share, transfer, or resell your license key
• Attempt to generate, forge, or create counterfeit license keys
• Use an expired, revoked, or tampered license
• Remove, disable, or bypass the Sekiwa license verification system

3.2 Tampering and Modification

You may NOT:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse engineer the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Integrate the Software into other applications without written authorization
• Modify system clock settings to extend license validity
• Alter device identifiers or hardware information

3.3 Unauthorized Distribution

You may NOT:

• Distribute the Software's APK, source code, or components to third parties
• Upload the Software to any public app store, repository, or file-sharing platform
• Bundle the Software with other products or services
• Operate a license activation or generation service

3.4 Illegal Activities

You may NOT use Musika for:

• Processing transactions involving illegal goods or services
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Tax evasion or non-compliance
• Operating a business without required licenses or permits
• Any activity that violates the laws of Zimbabwe or your jurisdiction

3.5 Harmful Conduct

You may NOT:

• Use the Software to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Xalo Software's systems
• Submit false information during license activation or support requests

4. Data Integrity

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the Software
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your business data
• Complying with applicable data protection laws regarding customer information you store in the Software

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, report it immediately to:

Reports will be investigated promptly. Xalo Software may take any action it deems appropriate, including temporary or permanent license suspension.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Level 1: License restriction + 50% duration reduction (first tamper)
• Level 2: Permanent license revocation + device blacklisting (repeat or severe)
• Level 3: Legal action + damages recovery (commercial-scale violations)
• Immediate termination of all associated licenses without refund

Xalo Software reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a use constitutes a violation of this AUP.
